Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Commercial Insurance Technical Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will assist with remarketing clients and managing their files, ensuring a seamless experience throughout the insurance process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the remarketing process by analyzing client needs and identifying suitable insurance options.
- Manage and organize client files, ensuring all documentation is complete and up to date.
- Collaborate with underwriters and brokers to facilitate efficient communication and resolution of client inquiries.
- Provide technical support to clients regarding policy details, coverage options, and claims processes.
- Maintain accurate records and databases to track client interactions and policy changes.
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal teams and clients as needed.




- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations to provide informed support.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in commercial insurance or technical support is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and insurance management software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a quick-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
