The successful candidate will bring a strong mix of operational leadership, business development acumen and team-building capability.Job DetailsLocation: Lower Mainland, BC (Onsite)Job Type: Permanent | Full-TimeSalary: $150,000 – $180,000 + performance-based bonusReports To: Executive LeadershipWhat You’ll Do- Lead overall business operations within the region, including financial performance and P&L accountability- Develop and execute strategic plans to support growth, market expansion and profitability- Drive revenue through solid client relationships and market engagement across the commercial construction sector- Oversee project delivery functions including estimating, project management and field operations- Ensure alignment between business development, operational capacity and project execution- Build, mentor and lead cross-functional teams,
