Position ResponsibilitiesGo‑to‑Market Leadership & Delivery- Lead the development and delivery of GTM strategies for the new and enhanced Affinity insurance offering.- Partner with product, marketing, and distribution teams to craft value propositions and launch playbooks for each channel.- Partner with operations and technology to ensure our contact center as well as other operational and technical staff are ready for the transition.- Develop and maintain an integrated GTM roadmap, serving as the single source of truth for market readiness working with the operations & business PMs.- Coordinate launch activities across channels to ensure operational, technical, and customer‑facing teams are prepared.Change Management & Business Readiness- Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy for the Affinity transformation.- Design and deliver communication, training, and adoption plans to support end‑user readiness.- Conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and readiness evaluations as needed.- Guide leaders and teams on their role in promoting adoption and reinforcing change.- Ensure that business processes, customer‑facing teams, and partners are prepared for new products, capabilities, or workflows.Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement- Identify opportunities to streamline launch processes, stakeholder engagement, and communication workflows.- Ensure GTM and readiness processes are documented, scalable, and aligned with best practices.- Establish repeatable frameworks and templates for future launches.Risk & Dependency Management- Identify GTM and change‑related risks and create mitigation strategies.- Track dependencies across product, distribution, marketing, technology, and operations to prevent delays.- Partner with risk, compliance, and legal teams to ensure activities meet regulatory and corporate standards.Governance & Stakeholder Engagement- Lead GTM and change management forums and represent these workstreams in broader program governance, working closely with the Business, Technology & Ops project managers.- Provide clear, concise updates to program leadership on launch readiness, adoption progress, risks, and decisions required.- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, driving alignment and clarity across complex and evolving workstreams.Business,



Technology & Operational Alignment- Collaborate with Business PMO, Tech PMO, Architecture, and Operations to ensure new offerings and changes are scalable, sustainable, and aligned to technical capabilities.- Validate that GTM and change requirements are integrated into product and technology roadmaps.- Ensure cross‑functional teams are fully aligned on timelines, scope, and success metrics.Financial & Resource Management- Report GTM and change performance—including any financials, progress, risks, and adoption metrics—to program leadership.Leadership Competencies- Strategic Thinking: Ability to connect product, GTM, and change activities to broader business strategy.- Influence & Collaboration: Skilled at navigating cross‑functional environments and influencing without direct reporting authority.- Change Leadership: Proven ability to drive adoption and manage complex organizational change.- Customer & Market Orientation: Strong understanding of product‑market fit and distribution dynamics.- Decision‑Making Under Uncertainty: Comfortable providing direction in evolving or ambiguous environments.Measures of Success- Launch Readiness: Successful and timely delivery of GTM milestones and launch activities.- Adoption & Engagement: High levels of stakeholder readiness and measurable adoption of new processes, products, or capabilities.- Risk Mitigation: Proactive management of GTM and change risks.- Stakeholder Feedback: Positive feedback on clarity, communication, and support.- Quality of Outcomes: GTM and change processes optimized for repeatability, efficiency, and impact.Required Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree minimum.- Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance product, program/project management, strategy, transformation, delivery, or change management, ideally within insurance or financial services.- Experience with insurance products (Affinity, Group, Life, Health & Dental, or P&C)
