and provide strategic support.Manage foreign exchange and US sales tax compliance.Collaborate with external accountants and consultants to ensure accuracy and compliance.Develop and implement recent strategies, processes, policies, and systems.Lead continuous improvement efforts and work closely with senior leadership to improve efficiency.Qualifications and Experience:6+ years of senior leadership experience in finance/accounting, ideally in a manufacturing or software environmentComfortable being very hands-on and "in the weeds" of complex accounting tasks.
