Intro Paragraph We are working with a real estate investment firm in Vaughan that is looking to add a Senior Financial Analyst to their corporate team. This is a well-rounded role supporting corporate accounting, reporting, and operations across asset management and holding entities. Good opportunity for someone coming out of public accounting or industry looking to step into a broader role with growth.



Principal Tasks and Responsibilities Own full-cycle corporate accounting across multiple entities Run month-end close and support forecasting with variance analysis Handle bank and balance sheet reconciliations Own the revenue cycle across asset management entities Prepare intercompany billings and reconciliations Support financial statements and quarterly reporting packages Identify process gaps and help tighten workflows and SOPs Work closely with internal teams to deliver clean and timely reporting Qualifications and Pre-requisites Degree in accounting, finance, or related field CPA in progress or completed 3-5 years experience in corporate accounting, real estate, or public accounting Strong handle on full-cycle accounting and month-end Advanced Excel, comfortable working with large data sets Yardi or similar system is a plus Detail-oriented, organized, and takes ownership Able to manage multiple priorities and communicate well with stakeholders Additional Information or Perks Vaughan, ON (on-site) Full benefits Strong exposure and growth opportunity #J-18808-Ljbffr
