This position requires experience in geriatric settings, competence in medication administration, and the ability to collaborate with nursing staff. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in developing and evaluating resident care plans
• Perform ongoing nursing assessments for residents’ needs
• Administer and supervise medication as prescribed




• Collaborate with healthcare personnel and families
• Provide orientation and evaluate work for PSW/HCA staff
Requirements:
• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• CPR and First Aid certification required
• Minimum of two years experience in a geriatric setting
• Solid supervisory and emergency management skills
