The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and planning the daily dispatch of drivers and vehicles to ensure timely, cost-effective, and compliant delivery of goods or services. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage dynamic transportation schedules while optimizing routes, loads, and resource utilization. This position requires strong and effective customer relations and communication skills.REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE- 3-5 years in trucking/logistics dispatch (LTL strongly preferred) - Knowledge of cross-border (Canada-USA) freight operations - Proficiency with TMS systems (Transplus or similar), Microsoft Excel/Power BI - Solid analytical mindset with ability to act on data insights - Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
