Our client in the Private Wealth Management space is looking for a Compliance and Operations Support Analyst to support the executive leader directly. In this role, you will learn and gain experience to advance into a leadership role as you grow further in your career.

You will be

- Monitoring day-to-day compliance

- Maintaining and reconciling daily portfolio informatio

- Tracking cost basis, gains, and tax-related data for client accounts

- Preparing year-end tax reporting to clients

- Generating and monitoring client billings

- Preparing complex reports into readable information for clients

What we are looking for

- University degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics

- Experience working within private wealth management is a strong asset

- Advanced skills in MS Excel

- Experience with portfolio management software

- Experience analyzing financial data

- Robust written and verbal communication skills, with strong client focus
