Location: Downtown Montreal, Hybrid (2 days remote)

Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 + 3 weeks of vacation, 35-hour week, 100% employer-paid benefits

CA$85,000.00/yr - CA$95,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

- Handle payroll, month-end close, and financial reporting.
- Prepare journal entries, accruals, adjustments, and financial statements.
- Review lease-related financials and support annual budget preparation.
- Oversee A/R and A/P, including reconciliations and tenant account follow-up.
- Complete bank, inter-company, and rent roll reconciliations.
- Process EFTs and submit government remittances (WCB, Payroll Tax, GST, Corp Tax).




- Prepare year-end audit packages and liaise with external auditors.
- Communicate financial information to Owners, Directors, Property Managers & Leasing.
- Support managers with financial analysis and assist with ad-hoc projects.
- Manage the 13th invoice and recurring reporting requirements.

Ideal Candidate

- Experience in real estate/property accounting
- Strong operational accounting background
- Analytical, organized, and proactive
