Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for finishing concrete surfaces, ensuring quality and durability in various construction projects. This role requires a strong understanding of concrete forming, finishing techniques, and the ability to work with various tools and machinery. The Concrete Finisher will collaborate with other construction professionals to deliver high-quality results on time.

Responsibilities

- Finish concrete surfaces by smoothing, leveling, and applying sealants as necessary.
- Install rebar and perform masonry tasks as required for structural integrity.
- Operate heavy equipment and power tools safely to complete tasks efficiently.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to execute project specifications accurately.
- Assist in the installation of flooring and other renovation projects as needed.
- Perform restoration work on existing concrete structures to enhance durability and appearance.
- Utilize hand tools effectively for precise finishing work.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure adherence to safety protocols and project timelines.




- Conduct heavy lifting when necessary to move materials and equipment on-site.

Skills

- Robust mechanical knowledge related to construction processes and equipment operation.
- Proficiency in concrete finishing techniques and familiarity with caulking methods.
- Experience in carpentry, masonry, and concrete forming is highly desirable.
- Ability to operate heavy machinery safely, including forklifts and mixers.
- Competence in reading blueprints, schematics, and renovation plans effectively.
- Knowledge of welding techniques may be beneficial for certain projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $24.85-$39.45 per hour
