Job Summary:

TKL Group Inc. Niagara Falls is seeking a Concrete General Laborer to join our team in Niagara Falls. This role will support all departmental needs as needed ensuring work is completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

· Able to rake and place concrete as needed

· Able to work with a wheel barrel to transport concrete when needed.

· Operate basic hand (Float, Fresno, Rake) and power tools (Hand held Concrete vibrator) as required for various tasks.

· Aid carpenters, cement finishers, crane operators, and other skilled tradespeople.

· Able to cut and place XPS and Fiberglass insulation as needed via Supervisor / QC oversight.

· Maintain cleanliness and organization by removing debris and ensuring tools and equipment are stored properly.

· Empty waste receptacles.

· Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a protected working environment for all team members.

· All other duties as required.

Requirements:





· Previous experience in construction or general labour is an asset but not mandatory; on-the-job training will be provided.

· Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods.

· Must be capable of lifting 50lbs throughout the day.

· Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.

· Strong work ethic with a commitment to punctuality and attendance.

· Understanding of basic safety principles and a commitment to following safety guidelines.

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
