Responsibilities

- Assist with rebar installation, ensuring reinforcement is correctly positioned according to blueprints and schematics
- Operate power tools safely and efficiently to support concrete placement and finishing
- Prepare forms using carpentry skills, including cutting and assembling formwork for concrete pours
- Mix, pour, spread, and finish concrete to achieve smooth surfaces and meet project specifications
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to execute tasks accurately
- Conduct restoration work on existing concrete surfaces, including caulking, sealing, and repairs
- Support masonry tasks and flooring installation as needed to ensure project continuity
- Use hand tools effectively for shaping, smoothing, and detailing concrete surfaces
- Follow safety protocols diligently during heavy lifting, welding,



or when working with power tools to prevent accidents
- Collaborate with team members on renovation projects to ensure timely completion within quality standards

Skills

- Mechanical knowledge for operating various construction machinery and tools confidently
- Proven experience with rebar installation, concrete forming, and finishing techniques
- Solid carpentry skills for building forms and supporting structures
- Knowledge of restoration processes including caulking and sealing concrete surfaces
- Familiarity with masonry work and flooring installation methods
- Skilled in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings for precise execution
- Proficient with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and schematics interpretation
- Construction experience demonstrating versatility across multiple trades such as renovation or structural work
- Ability to lift heavy materials safely while maintaining proper ergonomics during demanding tasks
