Duties

- Use hand tools, and cleaning equipment to remove debris, dust, and construction residues from job sites
- Perform detailed cleaning of surfaces, windows, floors, and fixtures to prepare spaces for occupancy or inspection
- Manage heavy lifting tasks safely when moving equipment or materials around the site
- Maintain organized work areas by disposing of waste properly and storing tools securely




- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate cleaning schedules and report any safety concerns or issues

Experience

- Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience preferred
- Hands-on experience with hand tools, and basic facilities maintenance techniques
- Solid time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and consistently during daily operations
- Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and teamwork collaboration
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to heavy equipment use, cleaning chemicals, and site hazards is advantageous
- Demonstrated reliability with a positive attitude towards maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety on-site
