What We Offer

- Competitive wage: $25–$35/hour (based on experience)
- Opportunity for mutually agreed upon overtime

Responsibilities:
- Assisting with residential and commercial renovations & builds
- Site prep, material handling, and clean-up
- Supporting carpenters and trades as needed
- Basic construction tasks (demolition, framing support, drywall assistance, etc.)
- Maintaining a clean, protected, and organized work site

Requirements:
- Reliable, punctual, and able to take direction
- Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting
- Willing to work hard and learn on the job
- Construction experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and own transportation
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
- Basic tools considered an asset
- Able to communicate clearly and work well with a team
