- Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, quantity take-offs, and pricing.

- Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documents to determine scope.

- Coordinate bids, including subcontractor and supplier pricing, comparisons, and clarifications.

- Identify scope gaps, risks, assumptions, exclusions, and cost-saving opportunities.

- Support bid submissions, project handoffs, and preconstruction activities.

- Collaborate with project management, preconstruction, subcontractors, and suppliers.

- Maintain accurate estimating records, pricing information, and documentation.

- Support continuous improvement and other estimating-related activities.

Qualifications

- Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architectural Technology, or a related field.





- 3+ of construction estimating experience, preferably with a GC

- Experience with commercial, industrial, institutional, or similar construction projects.

- Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and estimating/take-off software.

- Knowledge of construction methods, contracts, procurement, and trade practices.

- Solid analytical, organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.

- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

- Proactive, collaborative, and accountable approach.
