Join Our Team: Experienced Construction & Hardscape Crew Member

We are looking for a reliable, hard-working Hardscape & Construction Crew Member with at least 2–3 years of hands-on experience to join our crew. If you take pride in build quality, work well in a team environment, and know your way around a job site, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Installing hardscape projects including pavers, retaining walls, patios, walkways, and outdoor living spaces.
- Site preparation, grading, excavation, and base installation.
- Operating hand tools, power tools, and compaction equipment safely and efficiently.
- Driving truck and trailer setups to transport materials and equipment to job sites.
- Assisting with job site setup, material handling, and end-of-day cleanup.
- Collaborating to ensure projects are completed on schedule and up to quality standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Experience:



Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in hardscaping or heavy landscape construction.
- Driver's License: Valid G2 or G License required with a clean driving record.
- Trailer & Equipment Experience: Driving/towing a truck and trailer setup and operating heavy equipment (skid steers, mini-excavators, plate compactors) are major assets.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to perform heavy physical labor daily (lifting 50+ lbs, bending, standing) in various outdoor weather conditions.
- Reliability: Solid work ethic, punctual, and dependable.
