Job Overview

GIP Pyramid Construction Ltd. is seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Labourer to join our team for the construction season.

The successful candidate will support our crews with a variety of tasks on active construction sites. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys physical work, works well as part of a team, and understands the importance of safety and reliability on a job site.

Responsibilities

- Assist skilled tradespeople and equipment operators with daily construction activities.
- Load, unload, move, and organize construction materials and tools.
- Perform general site preparation and cleanup.
- Assist with excavation, grading, concrete, and other civil construction activities as required.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas.
- Follow direction from supervisors, forepersons, and other members of the site team.
- Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Assist with additional site duties as required.

Qualifications





- Previous construction or general labour experience is considered an asset.
- Comfortable performing physically demanding work.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and site conditions.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Safety-conscious and able to follow instructions.
