Overview:

We are seeking a hard-working, dependable Construction Labourer to join our job-site crew. Working directly with our Site Superintendent, you will play a crucial role in maintaining clean, safe, and efficient job sites while supporting our skilled trades. This is a full-time, long-term position for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a premier building team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Efficiently set up, clean, and organize job sites to maintain a safe, professional work environment
- Safely lift and move construction materials and equipment across job sites
- Provide general labour support to site superintendent and carpenters
- Assist with basic site preparation, tear-down, and routine maintenance tasks as directed




- Confidently follow directions from the site superintendent and collaborate positively with the site team

Qualifications and requirements:

- Prior experience in residential construction or as a general labour is an asset
- Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle to travel to different job sites
- Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting 50+ lbs), and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Robust work ethic, punctual, dependable, safety-conscious, and well-mannered with a positive attitude
- Required to have standard personal safety gear (steel-toe boots, hard hat, high-visibility vest)
