Join our dynamic team as a Construction Project Manager and lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of diverse construction projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee all phases of construction, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities

- Coordinate subcontractors activities
- Plan and organize daily operations
- Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates
- Hire and supervise activities of subcontractors
- Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress
- Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements
- Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control
- Plan and manage budgets
- Direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions
- Develop and implement quality control programs




- Develop risk management plans

Experience

- Minimum of 10+ years of work experience in Project Management (preferred)
- Experience supporting commercial HVAC, BAS, energy management, and preventative maintenance projects from planning through completion.
- Skilled in reviewing technical drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and project documentation.
- Experience supporting estimating, bidding, proposals, scheduling, and project coordination.
- Knowledge of commercial building systems, HVAC service, maintenance, and construction coordination.
- Proficient in SAGE 300 CRE, TechTool, Fleet Complete Hub, Google Drive, and Excel for project tracking, documentation, invoicing, and reporting (an asset)
- Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills with experience coordinating technicians, clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
