Job Overview

Duties

- Supervise daily construction site operations, ensuring work progresses safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to meet project timelines and quality standards.
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols in compliance with OSHA and other regulatory requirements.
- Review blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to clarify project scope and technical details.
- Conduct quality control inspections to verify workmanship aligns with industry standards and project requirements.
- Oversee budgeting activities related to labor, materials, and equipment to stay within financial parameters.
- Prepare progress reports, site logs,



incident reports, and other documentation as needed.
- Implement blueprint reading skills to interpret technical drawings accurately on-site.
- Manage construction estimating processes for upcoming phases or projects when required.

Experience

- Proven supervising experience in commercial or residential construction environments.
- Extensive construction experience with a solid understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Demonstrated ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately for effective site execution.
- Experience in budgeting, cost control, and construction estimating processes.
- Familiarity with quality control procedures and safety protocols on active sites.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating teams and liaising with clients or stakeholders.
