Responsibilities

- Perform physical labour efficiently and responsibly.
- Work effectively within a team under supervision.
- Carry out various construction and demolition tasks.
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and competently.
- Clean and maintain tools and equipment as needed.
- Follow all company health and safety policies and procedures.
- Arrive to work on time according to the schedule.
- Be available for night or weekend shifts when required.




- Show a willingness to learn and progress into management roles.

Health & Safety (Training will be provided to successful candidates. While not mandatory, the following certifications are considered assets when evaluating applicants.)

- Working at Heights Certificate – asset.
- WHMIS Certificate – available online (FREE).
- Workplace Health and Safety in 4 Steps – available online (FREE).
- Elevated Work Platform Certificate – asset.
- Mobile Elevated Work Platform Certification – asset.
- Any additional valid safety or training certificates – asset.

Working Hours

- Regular schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Occasional night and weekend shifts may be required

Compensation

- Bi-weekly pay via direct deposit

Additional Requirements

- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
- A transparent criminal record is required for this position
- Required to obtain their own criminal records check (reimbursement can be provided after three months of employment)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
