what you'll actually be doing

— shooting + editing short-form video (reels, tiktok, ugc-style content)

— appearing on camera when needed — hosting, presenting, talking through concepts naturally (not stiff, not scripted-sounding)

— managing social calendars and posting schedules for client accounts

— coming up with hooks, concepts, and trends before they're trends

— helping shape how premium brands show up online — polished, not gimmicky you might be a fit if you

— are comfortable and confident in front of a camera — you can talk, act, hold a scene, and not freeze up

— have natural charisma on and off camera — you're someone people want to watch

— already have an eye for aesthetics (you notice bad lighting, bad pacing, bad captions)

— know your way around capcut, canva,



and every social platform's actual algorithm — not just the theory

— can take a rough idea and turn it into something that looks intentional

— want real agency experience, not busywork why madreperla we're small, moving fast, and building something with real creative standards — this isn't a content mill. you'll have actual ownership over what you make, and yes, you'll be on camera.

london, ontario (hybrid/remote flexibility depending on role scope)
