White Rock Recreation and Culture is seeking passionate and motivated contract fitness instructors to join our team. You will be responsible for leading fitness classes and providing guidance to individuals. We are looking for instructors who can teach specialty older adult fitness programs, including Minds in Motion on Tuesday afternoons.

Responsibilities

- Lead fitness classes.
- Demonstrate exercises and ensure clients perform them with correct technique.
- Provide feedback and motivation to participants during workouts.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements

- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients.
- Strong Health and Safety awareness and knowledge.
- Leadership qualities to inspire and motivate clients.




- BCRPA Group Fitness Certification.
- Valid Emergency First Aid & CPR-C/AED Certification.
- Older Adult Fitness Leader Certification or equivalent.
- 1+ years of teaching experience.

Preferred Certifications:

- Osteofit Specialty.

Job Type: Part-time Pay: $38.00-$44.00 per hour
