In this pivotal role, you will manage a energetic portfolio of major gift prospects, engaging individual donors and foundations. Your work will focus on cultivating relationships and developing customized engagement strategies that reflect donor interests and impact goals. As part of the Partnerships and Growth team, your leadership will create sustainable philanthropic revenue opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop strategy for major gifts aligned with organizational needs
• Build relationships with individual and foundation donors
• Prepare donor engagement plans and stewardship activities




• Collaborate with senior leadership on fundraising strategy
• Ensure accuracy in donor management and reporting
Requirements:
• 3-5 years in fundraising or donor development
• Experience with major gift cultivation and proposals
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Valid Class 5 Nova Scotia Driver’s License and reliable transport
• Commitment to ethical and community-focused fundraising
