- Serve as the financial advisor, presenting to Council
- Oversee annual budgeting across PFN initiatives
- Monitor compliance with funding agreements and deadlines
- Supervise finance team and conduct performance reviews
- Manage ongoing improvement of finance systems Requirements:
- CPA or equivalent with 8-10 years in finance roles
- Experience in Indigenous government or not-for-profit sector
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities
- Knowledge of Xyntax accounting software preferred
