Duties

- Prepare and cook a variety of menu items with precision, consistency, and flair, ensuring all dishes meet quality standards.
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, portioning, and plating to support smooth kitchen operations.
- Follow food safety guidelines and proper handling procedures to maintain cleanliness and prevent contamination.
- Serve guests efficiently by ensuring timely delivery of hot, fresh meals while providing friendly and attentive service.
- Maintain organized workstations, stock supplies,



and manage inventory levels to ensure the kitchen runs seamlessly.
- Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of food presentation and taste.
- Adhere strictly to health regulations, safety protocols, and sanitation practices at all times.

Experience

- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key!
- Familiarity with food handling procedures, meal preparation techniques, and cooking methods across various cuisines.
- Previous kitchen experience involving food safety standards and proper sanitation practices.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for serving guests effectively and collaborating with team members.
- Knowledge of the food industry trends and customer service principles is a plus but not mandatory.
