Role Description The Coordinator is a full-time, in office role based in Calgary, AB, responsible for supporting day-to-day project and office operations. This position assists with scheduling crews, tracking project timelines, and coordinating materials and equipment deliveries to job sites.
The Coordinator maintains accurate documentation, updates project records, and prepares reports for internal stakeholders and external partners. The role includes communicating with site supervisors, suppliers,
and clients to ensure information flows smoothly and issues are addressed quickly. The Coordinator also supports safety and compliance processes, helps organize meetings, and contributes to continuous improvement of workflows and administrative procedures.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and coordination skills, including scheduling, task tracking, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with office software (e.g., MS Office, spreadsheets, project tracking tools) and comfort learning recent systems.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for working with crews, supervisors, suppliers, and clients.
- Experience in construction, masonry, or a related field is an asset, with familiarity with job site practices and safety standards.
- Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines, problem-solve independently, and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- High level of reliability and professionalism, with a commitment to safety, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
- Secondary education or training in business administration, construction management, or a related discipline is preferred.
