Full-time contract role with an annual salary range of $70,000 - $75,000 dollars.
Role Description
As part of Northcrest Developments' dynamic marketing team, the Coordinator Marketing will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing, brand, and digital initiatives. Reporting to Manager, Brand & Marketing this role requires a proactive individual ready to contribute to a variety of marketing activities.
Areas of Focus:
Social Media Management
- Engage with and grow our audience across social media platforms by outward engagement and stimulating dialogue with online audiences
- Monitor and analyze social media sentiment and engagement metrics.
- Develop and schedule content to maintain a dynamic online presence.
- Extract metrics from social platforms and tools, filing them into ongoing report templates.
Content Management:
- Manage a comprehensive database of visuals and brand assets
- Ability to create on-the-fly Instagram reels an asset
- Responding to and resharing social media stories is expected on a timely basis
Website Management:
- Ability to make regular content updates to the Northcrest and YZD websites
- Brand and Marketing Collateral:
- Organize marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations in our database
- Liaise with external vendors to manage the design and / or production of various marketing assets
Event Coordination:
- Support the execution of events by being the on-the-ground eyes for the marketing team, capturing content for socials, where appropriate
- Manage event logistics and promotional activities.
Administrative Support:
- Maintain and update the various digital tools including the CMS, CRM system, Mailchimp, Eventbrite, Hootsuite, Trello, Miro and any others introduced
- Provide administrative assistance to the marketing team
Key Activities:
- Build brand reputation through informed digital channel management and engagement with a key focus on outward and proactive engagement
- Co-develop and implement content marketing calendar, with a focus on evergreen content
- Attend community engagement, site activations, corporate and other work-related events
- Create and edit reports and presentations.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have experience with Canva
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; design software knowledge (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Up to date on social media trends and practices
