Manage legal, corporate, regulatory, and compliance matters in line with applicable laws and company policies. Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial and project-related contracts.

Conduct legal due diligence, legal research, risk assessments, and provide legal advice. Coordinate with government authorities, external legal counsel, notaries, and other stakeholders. Monitor legal compliance, regulatory updates, and corporate governance requirements.

Support corporate secretarial matters, including shareholders’ and board resolutions. Work closely with cross-functional teams to support project execution and business operations, including RUPS, Annual Report, and other public company requirements. Prepare legal documentation, compliance reports, and contract records.

Handle legal disputes, claims, and regulatory matters when required. Liaise with all business units on relevant regulators, including licensing, registrations, notifications, etc. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Manage and protect the organization’s intellectual property assets, including trademarks, copyrights, and patents.



Represent the company to attend court hearings with external lawyers.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a reputable university; Master’s Degree is an advantage and able to communicate in English both oral and written (active) is a must, and Mandarin is our priority.
- Must have solid background and experience minimal 4 years as Corporate Legal on IT Company / IT Group Holding & Subsidary / Distributor / System Integrator / IT Services / Retail / Infrastructure, Construction / project-based industries / Law Firm.
- Strong experience in legal drafting, contract review, negotiation, legal due diligence, and regulatory compliance. Familiar with OSS, licensing, permitting, and liaison with government authorities.
- Experience working with external counsel, notaries, and government agencies is preferred.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Admission as an Advocate (PERADI) and/or Notary qualification is an advantage.
- Willing to work WFO in west Jakarta – Puri & Meruya area and business trip for project or client locations as required.
