The Senior Human Resources Business Partner provides end‑to‑end HR leadership to The Salvation Army's assigned corporate functions (e.G. IT, Finance, HR, Legal etc.) across its Territorial Headquarters. As a senior individual contributor, this role acts as a trusted advisor to executive and senior leaders, delivering strategic, hands‑on HR support in a complex, mission‑driven environment.Supporting a diverse range of specialized corporate client groups, the Senior HRBP balances strategic influence with operational excellence, partnering closely with leaders to translate HR strategy into practical, values‑aligned people solutions.
