In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing stamping automation and the entire project lifecycle for manufacturing engineering at Magna.
You will manage cross-departmental collaborations aimed at enhancing production efficiency and quality. Your adeptness in communication and organization will be critical to achieving project objectives and facilitating improvements. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire engineering project process from design to launch
- Prepare performance reports and maintain engineering records
- Collaborate with teams to develop production improvement solutions
- Involve in design reviews and project buy-offs
- Promote continuous improvement initiatives within the plant Requirements:
- Bachelor's in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering
- 5+ years in stamping processes and automation
- Proficiency in CAD, GD&T;, and quality management systems
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
