Independent Aesthetician/Nurse (Rent Space & Share Revenue) - Toronto
Job Summary We are looking for passionate, experienced aestheticians or registered nurses to join our medical spa on a space-sharing basis.
You will have the opportunity to offer services using our advanced equipment, while sharing the revenue 65/35, or rent basis only, mixed option.

Duties* Provide aesthetic treatments using our advanced medical devices (training provided as needed)*
Work with clients to design and perform personalized treatment plans* Maintain a clean, protected, and professional environment* Build and maintain a loyal client base*
Collaborate with our team to create an amazing experience for clients
Promote your services through your own marketing and social media channelsRequirements:*
Valid certification or license to practice as an Aesthetician or Registered Nurse (RN)*
Experience with medical aesthetics or aesthetic treatments (laser, injectables, skincare, etc.). Ideally 2+ years.
Strong communication skills and client-oriented attitude
Independent work ethic with a desire to build your personal brand with collaborative social media maintenance *
Ability to maintain a clean, professional, and sanitized working space*
