The Role In this role, you’ll develop as an auditor working in complex, high-accountability environments where accuracy, transparency, and accountability are critical. You’ll primarily support audit engagements for publicly listed companies and other entities with public reporting obligations.

Student opportunities for the Pre-Approved External Audit Path are available starting September 2027. What You'll Do

- Participate as an integral team member on audit engagements for organizations that operate under public-company-style reporting requirements.
- Learn how to perform audit procedures in environments that demand rigor, clear documentation,



and strong attention to detail.
- Leverage leading audit tools and technology to test controls, analyze data, and support high-quality financial statement audits.
- Develop a deep understanding of clients’ business models, key processes, and reporting obligations, and how your work contributes to reliable financial information.
- Develop your qualified judgement and critical thinking by working through complex issues with seniors and managers.
- Collaborate closely with your team, ask questions often, and participate in debriefs and coaching conversations so you’re always learning.
- Stay organized and manage your tasks so you can meet deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Participate in firm-wide initiatives, training, and our Team Development and Performance Management Program.

What You Bring

- An undergraduate degree (completed or in progress) that meets the CPA Professional Education Program (CPA PEP) prerequisites.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, and a willingness to ask questions when things aren’t clear.
- Curiosity about how organizations operate, how financial information is produced, and why high-quality reporting matters.




- A detail-oriented approach — you care about getting things right and are comfortable working carefully through complex tasks.
- Critical thinking skills — you like analyzing information, spotting patterns, and thinking through issues logically.
- A team-first, positive attitude and a “let me try, and then I’ll ask for help” mindset.
