?WE’RE HIRING: Creative & Social Media Coordinator | GTA / Toronto

Learn French with Anks (LFWA) is looking for someone with a robust eye for visual content—someone who can look at a reel, thumbnail, post or webpage and immediately spot what could make it cleaner, sharper and more engaging.

This is not primarily a video editing or content-writing role.

We already have people working on content and editing. Your role will be to look at everything from a creative and visual quality perspective and help us maintain a strong, consistent brand across platforms.

What you’ll be responsible for:

? Reels & Video Quality

- Review edited reels/videos before they are published
- Suggest improvements in pacing, cuts, text placement, transitions, visuals and overall presentation
- Ensure the final output looks polished and aligned with our brand
- Occasionally create basic reels when required
- Be available to shoot reels/content in the GTA when needed

? Design & Brand

- Review designs for Instagram posts, reels, website pages, newsletters and other marketing material
- Provide practical visual feedback to improve layouts and presentation
- Design attractive YouTube thumbnails when required
- Maintain visual consistency across LFWA platforms

? Social Media Publishing

- Handle publishing and uploading across Instagram, YouTube and TikTok
- Ensure captions, thumbnails,



formatting and other publishing elements are correctly set up
- Maintain an organized posting workflow
- Do an analysis of competitors, follow latest trends and provide suggestions and inputs

Who are we looking for?

Someone who

✓ Has a genuinely good eye for design and video

✓ Understands what makes short-form content visually engaging

✓ Is comfortable with tools such as Canva and basic video-editing software

✓ Understands Instagram Reels, YouTube and TikTok

✓ Can shoot good-quality reels/videos

✓ Notices small details others might miss

✓ Can work independently and communicate feedback clearly

✓ Is organized and reliable

✓ Is available for our webinars and sessions

? Location : Remote, but must be based in the GTA / Toronto area and available for occasional in-person meetings and shoots.

? Availability: Must be available for meetings/work coordination between 8 AM–5 PM EDT

? Working days: 6 days/week

? Engagement: Subcontractor position
