Job Title: Credit Administration Officer

Location: Edmonton, AB (hybrid)

Duration: 12 months contract (with possibility of extension/conversion)

Typical Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Managing daily volumes and meeting service timelines.
- Maintaining strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Applying sound judgment and appropriate escalation of issues.
- Adhering to policies, procedures, and risk controls.
- Communicating clearly with several partners and team members.
- Maintaining attendance and reliability.

- Data entry experience.
- Basic computer skills.
- Basic MS Office skills.
