Title: Operations Officer III
Duration: 12 Months (Extension/Conversion possible)
Schedule: 7am-6pm – 7, 8, 9, 10 start times, Rotational
Work Location: 101st Street NW, Edmonton, AB T5J 5E8, Hybrid – 4 days on site
Pay Rate: $25.48/hr
Typical Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Managing daily volumes and meeting service timelines
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Sound judgment and appropriate escalation of issues
- Adherence to policies, procedures, and risk controls
- Transparent communication with several partners and team members
- Attendance and reliability
Must-Have Hard Skills
- 3-5 years of overall Experience
- Post-secondary education
- Data entry experience
- Meeting SLA
- Basic computer skills
- Basic MS Office skills
