We have continued to grow in the area over the last decade and are looking for qualified individuals in the landscape maintenance industry. Our portfolio consists of larger scale mixed use commercial/industrial and residential properties.

Daily Job Duties/Responsibilities:

- Ensure the maintenance trailers are loaded and equipped for the day/week
- Manage safety, quality and productivity of work at all sites
- Communicate clearly and effectively delegate tasks
- Effectively take direction and report back daily
- Take notes on site for any deficiencies
- Must be able to pay attention to detail on large commercial sites, and have a strong focus on managing timelines
- Be comfortable in charge of your own crew
- Experience with zero turn mowers and trimming
- Oversee operators and crews to ensure proper completion of their lists
- We will execute any extras/enhancements that arise at the direction of business owner

Qualifications & Experience:

- Multiple years experience in landscape maintenance and equipment
- Multiple years experience in snow removal practices and equipment
- valid G drivers license

Job Type: Full time Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
