Who We Are:

Tee Zone Driving Range is a premium public golf practice facility featuring a full-service pro shop, over 1 acre of natural grass tee deck, and 35 True Strike Academy mats. The facility also offers a 5,600 square foot bentgrass putting green, an 80-yard short-game area, a 100-yard pitching area, and a practice bunker. Tee Zone is home to a full-service teaching academy led by PGA of Canada professionals, delivering high-level instruction for golfers of all abilities.

Employment Type:

Seasonal (Immediate - October/November 2026 (Contingent on weather))

Wage:

$17.60/$16.60 (Students)

Primary Function:

Provide assistance to overall day-to-day operations of the facility.

Reporting To:

General Manager and Director of Golf Operations

Typical Duties:

· Meets, greets and welcomes prospective customers / suppliers.

· Ensure that the range is safe, clean, organized and professional conditions exist throughout the day

· Process financial transactions through POS system

· Assist customers with purchasing decisions

· Ensure the highest standards for golf services





· Assist in the pro shop sales and range maintenance

· Assist in the performance of daily operations, functions and services

· Ensure total customer satisfaction

· Follow general policies, operating procedures and training manuals

· Maintain teaching aids and equipment inventory in excellent condition

· Maintain facility cleanliness (includes minor landscaping upkeep)

· Operate various ground maintenance equipment

· Ensure golf balls are picked, cleaned and dispensers are kept full

· Balance POS transaction at the end of the shift

· Perform other duties related to the productive operation of the facility as needed

Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications, & Experience:

· Strong sense of customer service and good organizations skills

· Valid Smart Serve Certificate (for 18 years of age and older)

Schedule:

· The schedule includes 20 hour work weeks including shifts on both Saturdays and Sundays
