This role involves full days in the summer and school breaks

Before-school and after-school childcare during the school year, either a 5/3 or 4/4 hours split.

Must Have NVCI Training And Experience

able to identify triggers and learn de-escalation techniques.

Skilled in redirection and self-regulation with co-regulation support.

Must drive

Responsibilities Provide respite care and support with daily activities Administer medications as instructed Prepare meals meeting dietary needs Assist with mobility, transfers, and G-tubes Offer companionship and plan engaging activities Perform light housekeeping

Qualifications Experience in caregiving Knowledge of medication procedures Physical ability to lift and assist Robust communication and caring attitude Confidentiality commitment

Requirements Valid First Aid Recent Police Vulnerable Sector Check CFS Intervention Check Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation NVCI training
