• Provide tailored Physical Therapy services

• Create and adapt therapy programs for residents
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance
Requirements:
• Unencumbered Physical Therapist license in Colorado
• Preferred experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care
• Computer skills for data management
• Strong clinical and interpersonal abilities
