Role Overview: Seeking an experienced Senior Regulatory/Environmental Advisor to support Corvus's expanding project and client base. The ideal candidate has extensive experience preparing regulatory applications for facilities and pipelines, primarily for BCER, EAO, AER, and experience with other provincial jurisdictions and CER. This technical role coordinates land and environmental programs throughout the full life cycle of energy projects.Key Responsibilities:Apply BCER, EAO, and AER regulations in preparing regulatory applications, notifications, and reportsCompile BC Environmental Assessments and Alberta EPEA approval/registration applicationsCoordinate environmental management programs including spill contingency, groundwater monitoring, wildlife, dust control, vegetation, and securityPrepare environmental due diligence reports and liability assessments for asset mergers/acquisitionsLead project meetings with peers, regulators,



and clientsReview technical reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirementsManage projects to meet deadlines and budget constraintsCommunicate with regulatory bodies, clients, and project teamsDeliver technical results to stakeholdersReview engineered drawings for regulatory complianceMentor aspiring professionalsQualifications:Bachelor's or higher degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field8-10 years relevant experience in regulatory/environmental applications and assessments, focusing on BCER, EAO, AER and CER regulationsProfessional designation (APEGA, EGBC, AIA, ASPB) an assetExperience with AMS, KERMIT, DDS, OneStop, and IRIS platformsConsulting experience with solid project management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication abilitiesDetail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skillsLeadership traits including mentorship, self-motivation, client engagement, and professionalismLocation:Hybrid with expectation of in-person mentorship, team development, and client interaction#J-18808-Ljbffr
