About Shippam

Established in 1978, Shippam & Associates is a family business and a leading supplier of corporate merchandise and promotional products in Western Canada.

We are seeking a detailed and organized individual who can manage several jobs to completion at once. You must be able to work in a team setting and provide great customer service to our sales team, clients and suppliers.

Roles/Duties

- Managing submitted orders for pricing and correct decoration.
- Submitting purchase orders with our vendors for delivery.
- Track delivery dates to ensure the order has been received, pricing is correct and order timeline can be fulfilled.
- Advise sales reps and clients their order has shipped and provide tracking info and any other details on the order.
- Work with our warehouse and production team to review product quality,



decoration and ensure smooth turn around to our clients.
- Invoice delivered orders.

Schedule:

- 40 Hours per week
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Education:

- Secondary School (preferred)
- Must be fluent in English. Bilingual in French an asset

Experience:

- Customer service experience of one year or greater preferred.

Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
