Custom Cabinet Assembler

North 52 Cabinets is seeking a skilled and motivated Cabinet Assembler to join our expanding team. As a locally based manufacturer in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, we specialize in producing high-quality, custom cabinetry through innovative manufacturing techniques. Primary Duties/Responsibilities (but not limited to)

· Assemble and fabricate custom millwork elements according to shop drawings, specifications.

· Measure, cut, and shape wood and other materials

· Assemble cabinets, drawer boxes, parts, install hardware

· Make adjustments and repairs as necessary

· High attention to detail and precision in craftsmanship.

· Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines

· Maintain a clean and organized work area

· Lift and sort assembled cabinets, load and deliver assembled cabinets to job site

· Perform daily routine job duties such as general work area cleaning (workshop, washroom, etc.), machinery maintenance (grease,



clean dust collectors etc.)

· Deliver finished packages

Qualifications

· Previous experience as a cabinet maker is a requirement

· Proficient in using hand and power tools for woodworking

· In-depth knowledge of cabinet construction techniques and materials

· Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy

· Ability to lift materials, and stand for extended periods

· Excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues during assembly

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

· Physically fit and able to frequently lift up to 40lbs.

· Driver’s License required

· Must be adaptable and open to changes. Able to switch priorities and multi-tasking based on shifting work focuses/requirements
