Job Summary

We are a growing, customer-focused dry cleaning and alterations business opening a new location in Mississauga. We are looking for a friendly, professional, and reliable Customer Experience Associate who enjoys working with people and takes pride in providing exceptional customer service.

Our goal is to create a welcoming, high-quality experience for every customer. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and robust attention to detail who is interested in building long-term relationships with our customers.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers in a warm and professional manner.

Receive, inspect, and tag garments accurately.

Explain our services and answer customer questions.

Process payments using our point-of-sale system.

Organize completed orders for customer pickup.





Maintain a clean and organized front counter.

Coordinate with the production and tailoring teams.

Handle customer concerns professionally and courteously.

Skills

Previous customer service experience is required.

Experience in a dry cleaning, laundry, tailoring, or similar business is an asset but not required.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Comfortable using computers and point-of-sale systems.

Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.

Legally authorized to work in Canada.

Pay: $18.00 per hour
