Mandatory Skills

- Software Design & Architecture
- GitHub Copilot and/or Claude
- Agentic AI / AI Agents / AI Workflows
- AI-assisted Software Development

What You'll Do

- Design and develop scalable Java backend applications
- Build POCs and prototype innovative AI‑driven solutions
- Evaluate new technologies, frameworks, and AI tools
- Partner with product teams to develop beta products and services




- Leverage AI‑powered coding tools to improve engineering productivity

We're Looking For

- 8+ years of hands‑on Java backend development
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices
- Experience with software architecture and end‑to‑end solution delivery
- Hands‑on experience with GitHub Copilot and/or Claude
- Exposure to Agentic AI, AI agents, AI workflows, or AI‑powered development tools
- Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced R&D; setting
