Customer Experience Specialist (On-site)

We are currently partnered with a rapidly growing Property Tech company in Calgary, seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to act as an advocate and dedicated partner to new clients. In this role, you will guide clients through key milestones, anticipate their ongoing needs, and introduce relevant platform services. You will balance empathetic relationship management with revenue accountability, ensuring clients receive clear value while driving business growth.

What You’ll Do

Client Onboarding and Relationship Building

- Establish credibility early in the client journey to serve as a trusted guide.
- Conduct structured discussions to understand client requirements, timelines, and preferences.
- Maintain complete client profiles within internal platforms to support ongoing service delivery.

Proactive Guidance and Account Growth
- Use client context and judgment to recommend relevant services at the appropriate stages.
- Drive revenue metrics and account value by aligning solutions with explicit client needs.
- Guide clients through complex decisions to keep key milestones on schedule.





Platform and Operational Documentation
- Log interactions, decisions, and client preferences accurately in core systems.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth handoffs and downstream execution.

What You'll Bring

- 3+ years in B2C customer success or relationship management with direct revenue accountability.
- Proven track record of driving revenue performance, customer activation, and retention through relationship-building.
- Ability to guide clients through complex decisions with clarity and structure.
- Solid digital literacy with experience documenting workflows in CRM or customer platforms.
- Background in real estate support and general home services is an asset.
- Bilingualism (any language) is an asset.
