Overview

We're looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to be the friendly, organized voice of our service department. In this role, you'll manage day-to-day client communications, coordinate technician dispatch, and keep our service operations running smoothly. This is a great fit for someone who thrives on staying organized, solving problems on the fly, and building strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries by phone and email
- Schedule and dispatch service technicians to job sites, prioritizing urgent and emergency calls
- Track service requests from intake through completion, keeping clients informed along the way
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date client and job records in our CRM system
- Coordinate with technicians and management to resolve scheduling conflicts and service issues
- Follow up with clients on completed work, outstanding quotes, and maintenance renewals




- Handle client concerns professionally and escalate when needed
- Support general administrative tasks tied to service contracts and maintenance agreements

Experience
- 2–5 years (or more) of experience in customer service, dispatch, or client relations (experience in HVAC, mechanical, or trades industries is an asset)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and shifting schedules in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with CRM or dispatch/scheduling software is an asset
- A calm, professional approach to problem-solving under pressure
- A team player who works well with technicians, clients, and management alike
