We’re looking for an in office Customer Service and Sales Representative role in the luxury kitchen appliance sector.

Our client is an expanding business in the luxury space and is searching for a results driven and motivated candidate. They pride themselves in providing an elevated customer experience to match their premium products while offering fair pricing and expert guidance. The Customer Service and Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales, providing personalized support, and staying current on industry trends and competitive offerings.

Customer Service and Sales Representative responsibilities:

- Engage with customers via online chat, phone, and email to drive sales and provide personalized support.
- Recommend high-end kitchen tools and home appliances based on customer needs and product specifications.
- Monitor inventory levels and provide updates to ensure product availability.
- Stay current on new product features, industry trends and competitive offerings to support consultative selling.
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and contribute to process enhancements.
- Support daily office and team operations, including administrative tasks as required.




- Handle inbound and outbound customer phone calls professionally and effectively.

The successful candidate has:

- 1-3 years of experience in customer service and sales, inside sales, or sales support.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to manage customer inquiries professionally to build positive customer relationships.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable using e-commerce platforms and learning new technologies and systems.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven approach.
- Reliable, organized, and committed to long-term growth within the company.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are considered an asset.

Compensation and benefits:

- The discussed salary range is $22-25 per hour, depending on experience
- Candidates with additional experience and higher compensation expectations may also be considered
