Duties

- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Assist customers with their inquiries, orders, and product selections in a professional and friendly manner
- Handle data entry tasks accurately, including recording customer information and transaction details




- Perform analysis of customer needs to recommend suitable products and upsell when appropriate
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions and transactions for future reference

Qualifications

- Proven experience in customer service or sales roles preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key!
- Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish; bilingual proficiency is highly valued
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping
- Demonstrated analysis skills to understand customer needs and recommend solutions
- Ability to handle phone calls professionally with proper etiquette
- Familiarity with upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
