About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Service & Program Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective and existing participants through phone calls, email, social media, and other communication channels.

You will provide information about our educational and professional development programs, respond to inquiries, follow up with prospective participants, support the registration process, and build strong relationships with clients and participants.

This role is ideal for someone who is an excellent communicator, enjoys speaking with people, is confident in promoting programs, and is motivated by achieving enrollment and customer service goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective participants and existing clients.
- Respond to inquiries through phone, email, social media, and other communication platforms.
- Provide accurate and engaging information about our programs, including program content, schedules, fees, eligibility, and registration requirements.
- Follow up with prospective participants and leads to encourage program enrollment.
- Identify the needs and interests of prospective participants and recommend suitable programs.
- Promote educational, professional development, executive, and other programs offered by the organization.
- Guide prospective participants through the registration and enrollment process.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with leads and prospective participants.
- Respond to social media messages, comments, and inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Address questions and concerns and ensure that participants receive timely assistance.




- Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, follow-ups, registrations, and customer interactions.
- Support enrollment and outreach campaigns across different communication channels.
- Meet established enrollment, follow-up, and customer service targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing participants.
- Work collaboratively with the team to support successful program delivery and participant experience.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident and professional telephone manner.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with prospective participants.
- Strong ability to communicate professionally through email and social media.
- Persuasive and confident when presenting programs and encouraging enrollment.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries, conversations, and follow-ups simultaneously.
- Comfortable using computers, email, social media platforms, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, and CRM or customer management systems.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.




- Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively to a team.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, telemarketing, admissions, education, training, or program enrollment is an asset.
